With its monolithic stature and softly tapered silhouette, the Rachel floor lamp is a modern assemblage of form and whimsy. Handcrafted in our Georgia, US studio, the lamp is constructed of a welded steel base. The piece is then sculpted with a complex gypsum, pulp, and epoxy mix.

 

After curing, the table is sanded then a hand applied fiberglass layer coats the entire piece to add to durability and longevity. With its slender shape, it may be seen tucked in a reading nook shedding light on the user below. Each piece is made to order and is available in white, black, cream, or custom colors.
